Tuskbond XPR0 sprayable contact adhesive uses a unique solvent technology that minimizes toxicity, meaning low hazard to human health. This unique formulation is now available for use with traditional compressor spray systems. Not only does this prove to be very economical as no propellant is required, the spray pattern is exceptionally fine - similar to that of paint, delivering a high coat weight to the substrate and making extremely flat bonding of laminates possible. Unlike self pressurised canister systems, disposal of the container is not problematic. XPRO also provides incredible grab, high bond strength and excellent heat resistance.

Easy to apply using pressure pots and gravity feed systems. If used in combination with the 3M PPS system, it is necessary to remove the lid's filter.

Unlike self pressurised canister systems, disposal of the container is not problematic.

Very fast drying time.

Completely non-chlorinated formulation. No Methylene Chloride, no Dichloromethane.

Bonds a wide variety of substrates, including decorative laminates, wood, metals, rubber, fabric, most plastics, cardboard, polythene and concrete.

Ideal for permanent bonds that require good initial bond strength to allow immediate fabrication, for example; cutting, trimming and machining.

Provides good temperature resistance and if protected from contamination has an open time of several hours.

Always test a small sample of the materials first to ensure the suitability of the product for the application. For instance, some vinyls contain large amounts of plasticiser which, over time, can migrate and soften the bond.

Class 1 Fire Rated to BS 479: Part 6: 1989+A1: 2009 Method of Test for Fire Propagation for Products and BS 476: Part 7: 1997 Method for Classification of the Surface Spread of Flame of Products.
