CK gas saver ceramics are designed to simply push on and off for simple and faster nozzle changing.
Ceramic nozzles provide a given amount of shielding gas coverage to the weld pool, according to their size, a smaller nozzle provides less gas coverage than a larger one.
Ceramic nozzle orifice sizes are normally denoted by a number which relates to 1/16” (1.6mm) increments, for example a No 6 nozzle would relate to 6 x 1/16” = 3/8” (9.6mm).
These smaller ceramics can also be used on WP 17,18 and 26 type torches when fitted with gas saver short collet body, for improved access to harder to reach applications.
Parts fit direct to the Tigama 230 torch, they are also compatible with WP9, 20 type torches.
