Often referred to as Panel wipes, Dirteeze 60 GSM multi-purpose non-woven wipes are manufactured using a hydroentanglement process. This eliminates the need for adhesive binding agents, binders and surface conditioners, which can break down when they are exposed to powerful solvents and liquids.
The entangled fibres present in Dirteeze multi-purpose wipes, are extremely low lint and highly absorbent, making them ideal for use with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol and ethanol. These solvent cleaners are commonly used for degreasing panels and other surfaces before welding, painting, powder coating and the application of adhesives.
Unlike wiping rags which vary in size, Dirteeze LAX60 wipes have a consistent size of 300 x 500mm. Having such a large surface area, manufactured from highly absorbent non-woven material makes them more cost effective than traditional rags. With extremely high 'wet-strength' Dirteeze panel wipes will not disintegrate when wet, leaving annoying fibres behind on the workpiece.
