Loose Nails

Nails are one of the oldest methods of joining materials together, and despite the popularity of gas-powered nail guns, they are still used today. Installed with a claw hammer or joiner's hammer, nails provide a fast and effective fixing for timber studwork, sheet material, joist hangers, decorative trim, and fascias. 

Protrade stock a range of specialist loose nails designed for particular applications to include; colour matched polymer headed pins manufactured from A4 stainless -used for installing UPVC trim and fascias, twist wire nails -primarily used to install joist hangers and brackets, clout nails – well suited to fix plasterboard and felt and masonry nails – especially hardened so they can be driven into brick and blockwork. Protrade also has panel pins, round wire, and oval brad nails to choose from.

How does Click and Collect work?
  • Free Service: There’s no charge for using Click and Collect.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Depots: You can collect from any of Protrade’s five depots: Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Chesterfield, Mansfield, or Nottingham.
  • Speed: If the item is in stock, it will be ready for collection within 10 minutes of placing your order.
