Packers

Packers are used extensively in the construction industry for the levelling of battens, windows, door frames, timber flooring, and any other application where packing or shimming is required. Plastic versions come in different shapes and a wide range of thicknesses to suit specific applications. Typically, flat, rectangular packers are used for supporting double-glazed units within PVCu, timber, and aluminium window frames as part of the ‘Toe and Heel’ installation process, although they can be used as a shim to fill gaps and align materials during any fit-out project.
