Rivets

There are many types of rivets available, but the basic, original design of a cylindrical fastener is one of the oldest and most reliable. It works by pulling material together through deformation of the tail end and can be seen on landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Empire State Building. The rivets used in these constructions were high-strength structural rivets, which necessitate having access to both sides of the material.

How does Click and Collect work?
  • Free Service: There’s no charge for using Click and Collect.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Depots: You can collect from any of Protrade’s five depots: Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Chesterfield, Mansfield, or Nottingham.
  • Speed: If the item is in stock, it will be ready for collection within 10 minutes of placing your order.
