Fein HM Ultra Speed 35 TCT Broaching Cutters

The Fein HM Ultra Speed 35 TCT cutters have an innovative TiAlSiN multilayer wear-resistant coating for extended tool life and productivity. They can be used in any magnetic drilling machine with a ¾” weldon shank. However, their full potential is unleashed when used in conjunction with the Fein KBE 36 QW Magspeed brushless magnetic drill. Cutting speeds of up to 70 m/min can be achieved with the KBE 36 QW Magspeed and HM Ultra Speed cutter combination, which drastically reduces drilling times by up to 50%.

HM Ultra Speed TCT cutters are versatile in use and are designed to produce holes through most types of metals and they can also be used for dry drilling occasionally.

The cutters have a TiAlSiN multilayer coating which helps them to reduce friction and is extremely high heat resistance for greater performance and longer service life.

Precise holes can be produced due to the special carbide cutting tip geometry. This consists of outer-cutting edge, centre-cutting and Inner cutting for high loads and faster cutting speeds.

The special cutter geometry also produces the exceptional hole quality, with a high surface quality and the hole is almost scratch free with a stable flowing chip.

HM Ultra Speed TCT cutters have a cutting depth up to 35mm.

Sizes range from 14mm to 36mm.
