The Klingspor ST358A ribbed backing pad is for use with abrasive fibre discs and improves stock removal.
Using a hard ribbed backing pad improves the rate of stock removal when using coarse grit fibre sanding discs and reduces heat build up during the sanding process. Abrasive disc life is also increased by approximately 15%.
STA358A backing pads have high temperature resistance and stability.
