Lamello LC P-16 x 11mm Connectors

Lamello LC P-16 x 11mm Connectors are part of The Lamello P-system. The integrated P-system groove makes it possible to slide in Clamex P connectors without the time-consuming use of concealed timber edges or glues. Machining with two or three machining steps is carried out either with the Zeta P2, or even, more efficiently with the CNC machining centre. The LC P-16 configurator determines the right product size and machining positions for the respective application. LC P-16 is only required for anchorage of the Clamex P-14 connector halves in the front side of the lightweight panel. The Clamex P-10 connector halves are pushed directly into the cover plate and anchored. Clamex P-14 Flexus or Clamex P-14 CNC can also be used in the LC-P16 instead of the Clamex P-14 connector halves. The Clamex P-10 connector halves are best suited as counterparts for the surface. If the surface layer is more than 4 mm, the Clamex P-14 connector half with its offset profile is also well suited. 

Applications:

For lightweight construction materials made of cardboard or plastic honeycomb, wood fibre shaft or hard foam (e.g. XPS) ) with surface layers made of wood composites (e.g. MDF, HDF, chipboard, HPL).

For light chipboard with a weak middle layer with additional fastening using glue channels.

For use in interior fittings for large shelves or sideboards, mounted floating on a wall.

To be used in furniture-making for wide shelves with a span of more than 1 m due to the high rigidity.

In trade fair construction or shopfitting to reduce transport weight, ideal for flat-pack furniture.

Camper vans and motor homes, caravans.

Vehicle and boat interiors.

Butt joints from a material thickness of 12 mm.
