Trend CB38-316TC is a tungsten carbide tipped 9.5mm diameter counterbore complete with a 4.8mm pilot drill bit.
Extensively used for recessing bolt and screw heads.
The high speed steel pilot bit is slow spiral for smoother and cleaner drilling.
The counterbore is fully adjustable – supplied with a hex key.
Designed for use in softwoods, hardwoods, MDF, plywood, particle boards and plastics.
Not suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
When setting-up, ensure drill bit and counterbore flutes are aligned.
