The 3M™ Scotchbrite Centre-pin backing pads are used in conjunction with the range of Scotchbrite Surface Conditioning discs which come with a centring hole.
The centre-pin system helps to reduce vibration levels by centring and securing the disc in the correct position on the back-up pad. It also significantly reduces the risk of disc fly-off from the back-up pad during sanding or refining applications.
Quick and easy change of the Surface Conditioning Discs, the hook and loop backing makes the discs easy to attach, remove and also re-attach the discs.
Does not interfere with the work surface to deliver a clean finish and allows the surface conditioning discs disc to be used at usual angle for perfect deburring.
M14 female thread; compatible with any angle grinder with a M14 male thread.
