The 3M™ Scotchbrite Centre-pin backing pads are used in conjunction with Scotchbrite Surface Conditioning discs with a centring hole.
The centre-pin system helps to reduce vibration levels by centring and securing the disc in the correct position on the back-up pad. It also significantly reduces the risk of disc fly-off from the back-up pad.
