Saw splinter guards are sacrificial plastic wedges or rubberised strips which are cut into or through by the machine's sawblade in order to provide a chip-free finish on the work surface. From Protrade you can replace plastic splinter guard inserts for Festool and Mafell jigsaws and bring your Festool and Mafell guide rails back to life with a brand new splinter guard strip supplied from stock.

How does Click and Collect work?
  • Free Service: There’s no charge for using Click and Collect.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Depots: You can collect from any of Protrade’s five depots: Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Chesterfield, Mansfield, or Nottingham.
  • Speed: If the item is in stock, it will be ready for collection within 10 minutes of placing your order.
