Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable sized auger drill bit.

Use with any ½” router with 80mm plunge depth, 12.0mm diameter long reach straight router cutter and 30mm template guide.
Trend recommend using the GB30 30mm template guide bush with a 6mm spigot length. You can also use the GB160 16mm template guide in conjunction with the 16mm to 30mm guide bush collar that comes with the jig.
Most makes and models of router can be used with a Trend UNIBASE to accept the Trend range of template guide bushes for optimum accuracy.
