Fully adjustable countersinks are extensively used for drilling and countersinking simultaneously.
Plug cutters are used to create lightly tapered plugs or pellets in wood, to insert in the hole once the woodscrew has been inserted, to hide the head of the fastening.
The countersinks and plug cutters are made from heat treated tool steel, and the countersink pilot drill bits are HSS high speed steel.

Snappy ¼” hex shank fitting can be used in conventional drill chucks, quick release adaptors or impact drivers.
