The CK MR70 & MR140 micro torch single piece system combines the collet and collet body together, from a performance standpoint these collets provide better securing force and are easier to remove when used in a demanding application.
Simply set the gauge to the desired tungsten length and tighten the collet with the wrench, securing the tungsten electrode.
The collet mechanism is further away from the heat zone and less susceptible to heat distortion.
They also reduce the possibility of mismatching collet and collet body sizes.
Allows for quicker tungsten changeover and help simplify parts management.
Available to suit 1.0mm, 1.6mm & 2.4mm tungsten’s.
