Unlike traditional collet bodies one size fits all, with interchangeable tungsten adapters, these universal collet bodies creates less inventory allowing inexpensive screen replacement for various diameter tungsten electrodes.
Simple design push-on style ceramics or pyrex gas saver type nozzles, for faster nozzle change over.
Large Diameter collet bodies are used with large diameter pyrex nozzles to provide an inert atmosphere for the welding of reactive metals
such as titanium, molybdenum and nickel-based alloys.as well as non-reactive metals stainless steel.
Parts fit direct to the Tigama 230 torch, they are also compatible with WP9, 20 type torches.
