• The Trumpf TruTool TKA 700 is equipped with a powerful 1700 watt motor which provides outstanding power and extremely high torque. When using the TKA700, perfectly radiused edges of 2, 3 or 4 mm can be produced on various materials. The TruTool TKF 700 can also be used to prepare K, V, X and Y shaped bevel preparations on flat sheets and also pipes. Chamfer lengths up to 5 mm can be produced in mild steel very easily in one simple operation, with a secondary work step a maximum chamfer length of 7 mm can also be produced. Chamfers angles from 0° – 60° can be produced and the chamfer length can be set without the need of any additional tools, with the utmost precision and speed. The perfectly designed hand grip helps to reduce vibration and provides extremely good ergonomics and stable machine control.

  Features:

  The TruTool TKA 700 comes with the 45° multi-edge cutter mount 1227954 as standard, with nine additional cutter mounts from 15° to 60° in 5° increments also available to fit the machine.

  The cutter mount range also includes the 0° multi-edge cutter mount 1645122, this mount is ideal for producing a perfectly clean and square front edge on plates or pipework.  

  The multi-edge cutter mount 1663473 is perfect for use with the range of 3 sided radius cutters for producing rounded edges with a 2 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm radius. The radius edges provide a much larger bonding surface especially for surfaces that need to be galvanized, painted and other coatings. This helps to reduce the risks of peeling and rust/corrosion.

  The specially designed replacement cutters can be rotated three times and can be easily rotated or replaced with the use of a Torx screwdriver once all three cutting edges have been exhausted.

  The standard Multi- Edge cutters are ideal for processing steels up to 400 N/mm2 steels, whilst the Cr Multi-edge cutters can be used on chromium steel up to 800 N/mm2. For applications on aluminium up to 250 N/mm2 then the Multi-edge Aluminium cutters are the ideal choice.

  With the nine different types of chamfer and radius cutters available to cover a arrange from 400 N/ mm² to 800 N/ mm² steels and Aluminium up to 250 N/ mm² this makes the TKA700 an extremely versatile tool for any workshop.

  The bevel lengths can be adjusted easily and stepless, once fixed the bevel length will remain constantly fixed and can not be unintentionally adjusted during the actual process.

  Thanks to buffer elements positioned in the gearing, combined with a perfectly positioned hand grip this helps to minimize the vibration levels.

  The TKA700 allows for an emission free process, the material being processed remains unchanged from any additional heat input and remains free of oxidization with no sparks.
