Service Update

We would like to assure our customers that we are fully open and operational.

The government have advised that the construction industry should continue operating during the latest period of restrictions. Depots, Central Distribution and our Service Centre will therefore remain open as usual.


We are operating safe social distancing and regular sanitation measures are taking place. In line with the government guidance, we respectfully ask customers to wear face coverings in depots. Single masks are available to purchase. Alternatively, call your local depot, and we will be very happy to serve you outside.

Orders and enquiries can also be placed on this website for next working day delivery or for collection from any of our depot locations. Telephone calls are also being answered promptly and efficiently.

The warehouse remains open for both goods inwards deliveries and distribution, with normal courier delivery schedules in place. Border delays caused by Brexit, are delaying a handful of brands. For urgent requirements, we advise ‘Check the stock’ – which can be viewed online. Items that usually take 3 – 4 days for delivery, may take longer in the short-term. We are liaising closely with suppliers to minimise delays where possible.

In order to minimise the potential spread of infection and disruption to the business, we are operating a split-shift team pattern. Your patience, understanding and support during this time is gratefully appreciated.
