- Can Festool use the customer data obtained from participation in Festool Redemption?
If the customers accept the advertising consent as part of the 18 V battery promotion, this data can be used by Festool.
- How do I take part in the Festool Redemption promotion?
To receive the free BP 18 Li 4.0 HPC-ASI HighPower battery pack, you must purchase one of the four new cordless combo sets during the promotional period and upload the invoice to your personal MyFestool account by 14th June 2024 at the latest.
- Can I register used prodcuts for the Festool Redemption 18V battery promotion if I have an invoice for them?
Only new goods qualify as promotional products; used products are excluded from the promotion. Free battery packs will be sent out for the four new cordless combo sets in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Participation.
- Can Protrade register the promotional product and redeem the 18V battery promotion for me?
No, we cannot register it for you, you must do it yourself via your own MyFestool customer account.
- Can I register two products for the 18V battery promotion at the same time, as they are on one invoice?
Each promotional product must be registered individually and the invoice must be uploaded individually for each promotional product. Separate invoices for the promotional products are not required.
- I entered data (e.g. delivery address) incorrectly. How can I correct this?

- I have lost my invoice. Can I still take part in the Festool Redemption promotion?
Yes simply contact sales@protrade.co.uk and request a replacement invoice. Then simply follow the steps above to send your invoice to Festool.
- Is the promotional product automatically registered for the Festool Warranty all-inclusive when I register for the 18V Redemption promotion?
No. Please register your newly purchased 18 V products using the warranty card enclosed in the SYSTAINER of each product. After you register for the 18 V battery promotion, a confirmation window will appear in your browser and Festool will inform you about the registration of the products for the Warranty all-inclusive.
