Holemaker technology is a company which is dedicated to a single purpose – to speed up metalworking through cutting tool innovation. Focusing on metal fabricators, maintenance engineers and steel erectors, Holemaker Technology have designed revolutionary cutting tools that make drilling, tapping and countersinking metal – faster! Using unique cutting geometry, low friction coatings and double hardening processes have enabled Holemaker Technology to manufacture cutting tools that not only work faster, but also last much longer than competitors products. Having worked closely with metal fabricators for many years, the founders of HMT recognised there was an opportunity to develop a range of cutting tools that could be used in impact wrenches and impact drivers. With the introduction of high performance battery technology these impacting tools were no longer confined to the workshop and became very popular with workers on the construction site, albeit with a very limited use – tightening and loosening bolts. In order to allow these incredibly powerful tools to be used to their maximum potential, HMT launched VersaDrive – the world’s first modular cutting and drilling system, compatible with impact wrenches, drivers and standard rotary drills.
Now users could replace heavy, magnetic broaching rigs and avoid having to carry multiple drilling machines with a system that was capable of drilling and fastening with just one tool.
