Payment & Klarna Pay Monthly Plans

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer PayPal so you can checkout securely. Our secure server enables you to confidently purchase goods safely and securely. Please note that stringent security checks are observed to ensure against the fraudulent use of cards.

If you would rather pay by bank transfer, we can email you a pro-forma invoice along with our bank account details. Please use the number shown in ‘OUR REF.’ as the reference number, when administering your bank transfer. This will ensure we can quickly allocate the payment against your order, for faster processing. As soon as the funds have cleared, goods will be despatched.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, simply make a note of the five digit product code(s) for the items you wish to order, and email sales@protrade.co.uk. Please also include your name, company name (where applicable) and full postal address. Alternatively call 03452 60 20 80 to speak to a member of the Central Sales and Support Team.

30-day accounts are also available. All account applications are subject to status. Download the form, fill-out and email back to sales@protrade.co.uk.  Alternatively, return by post to: Accounts Department, DIPT Group, Sidney Robinson Business Park, Ascot Drive, Derby, DE24 8EH. Please note that our preferred payment method for clearing 30-day accounts is BACS bank transfer as this payment method does not incur additional charges and is therefore our recommendation. For convenience, we can also accept credit or debit card payments for clearing 30-day credit accounts, but in order to keep our proposition as competitive as possible, a nominal 1.9% charge is passed on to cover the additional direct costs we incur. Due to unpredictable charges, we do not accept payments from Payment Gateway providers, such as PayPal, when clearing 30-day credit accounts.

Klarna is a convenient and more affordable method of payment. It allows you to spread your payments over a variety of terms and confidently invest in new tools and equipment from £99 inc.vat – £8000 inc.vat.

There are three Klarna products we offer at Protrade:

• Pay in 3 Months – Spread your payment over 3 months with no interest. This option is available on orders from £99 – £1200 inc. vat
• 6 Months Interest Free – Spread your payment over 6 months interest free. This option is available on orders from £250 to £8000 inc. vat.
• Up to 36 Months Finance – Spread your payment over up to 3 years at 21.9% APR. This option is available on orders from £250 to £8000 inc. vat.

Are you a limited company? Unfortunately, Klarna is’t available for limited companies. Please apply for a Trade Credit Account above and a HireBuy payment plan can be arranged.
