ALU & UPVC Router Cutters
Aluminium and uPVC cutters are commonly used in the window industry for routing aluminium and uPVC extrusion in the manufacturing process. Single flute helical for drilling, slotting and cutting aluminium, anodised duralium and uPVC plastic. Perfect for recessing and slotting extrusion.
Alucobond router cutters are tungsten carbide tipped v-groove cutters, specially designed for routing Alucobond, Dibond, Alupanel and other sandwich material that comprises of an aluminium cover with a polyethylene core. By cutting a v-groove in the back face of the panel, the material can be easily folded or bent without deformation, when cladding columns or turning corners. Also commonly used in the sign-making industry.
