Cordless Caulking Guns

There are millions of cartridges and foil packs used every week in manufacturing facilities and construction sites throughout the world. Most of the sealants and adhesives contained in these packs will have been dispensed by hand using a traditional sealant or mastic gun. When gunned out by hand, thicker viscosity adhesives are difficult to dispense and lower viscosity sealants require a well-practised technique to apply that perfect continuous bead. A much better method of applying these popular products is to use a cordless caulking gun.

A cordless mastic gun can dispense any type of sealant or adhesive and only requires the operator to pull a trigger. The speed with which the product is dispensed can be adjusted to suit the viscosity of the product and the application where it is to be used. There are no unsightly breaks in the applied bead as the plunger can dispense an entire cartridge or foil in one continuous bead if required allowing less skilled applicators to achieve a professional finish every time. One consideration which is often underestimated is the virtual elimination of repetitive strain injury associated with the continual pumping action of a manual mastic gun. Cordless sealant guns are available with different length barrels to accommodate standard cartridges and foils as well as longer 600ml foils.
