  Everbuild 225 is a mid modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous substrates. Permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal with strong anti-fungicide. 

  Quick curing with low dirt pick up and temperature resistant to 200°C.

  Ideal for sealing glass to aluminum and metal sealing, sealing around worktops and laminated panels.

  Can also be used to cap glazing to metal, timber and PVCu window frames and for aluminium gutter sealing.
