Ergo Balance Concept:
Thanks to its ergonomic design, the soft-grip surfaces and the clever weight distribution, the PS 2-18 can be optimally guided even in difficult working positions and fits perfectly in the hand. The wide base plate and the low center of gravity allow it to rest securely and always at a right angle on the workpiece.
CUnex Saw Blade Tension:
The heart of the PS 2-18 is the patented CUmax saw blade tension. It holds the saw blade immovably – this is the key to incomparable precision. The pendulum stroke system integrated into the gearbox works without guide jaws and pressure rollers on the saw blade. This means that blades that are discolored and deformed due to frictional heat are a thing of the past
Smart Light:
Two high-quality LEDs ensure the best view of the workpiece. To avoid glare when sawing under the workpiece, the light switches off. If the machine is used on the table again, the smart light switches on again. The light mode can be reversed by tapping the front of the machine three times.
Tool-free Saw Blade Change:
The saw blade can be changed very easily. Simply loosen the ergonomically placed clamping lever and easily remove or fix the saw blade.
Stable Base Plate:
The base plate with its quick-release fastener is always connected to the jigsaw at a 100 percent right angle. Thanks to the large support surface, the PS 2-18 is always stable and makes working easier, even with small corner and edge distances.
Innovation Suction:
The suction channel integrated into the base plate ensures excellent suction directly on the saw blade using the Venturi principle. The crack is blown free from one side and vacuumed from the opposite side. This means that the crack remains free of chips and is always clearly visible, even without a vacuum cleaner connected.
Solid Stroke Guidance:
The solid construction of all components ensures a long service life with constant performance.

Parallel Stop with 4-fold Function:
One accessory, many applications: The rip fence not only ensures straight cuts, but can also be used for stabilization when working close to the edge. It becomes an all-rounder as a guide rail adapter, in combination with the guide rail system F: Depending on whether the red cover is at the bottom or top, you can work both on and next to the rail.
Back Sawing:
When sawing backwards, the machine’s contact surface increases and it becomes more stable when starting – work close to the edge can be carried out much more comfortably.
Precise Angle Cuts:
With the separate swivel plate, uncompromisingly precise angled cuts of up to +/- 45° are possible.
