  • Nullifire FF197 is a fire rated moisture-curing polyurethane expanding foam that can provide up to 4 hours fire integrity to openings in masonry construction.

    FF197 can achieve a 60 minute fire door rating when used with conventional packers, without the need for overcapping with intumescent mastic and architrave.    

    Used to seal linear gaps throughout the fire rated areas of a building.

    Perfect for sealing gaps found around fire rated doors.

    Cures to form a semi-rigid foam that is able to accommodate some degree of movement of the joint.

    FD60 approved under BS EN 1634-1.

    Fills gaps up to 35mm.

    Certified to the latest British and European standards: BS EN 1366-4, DIN 4102 Pt 1 (B1), EN 13501: Pt 2, BS EN 1634-1 and meets BS476-20 and 22.

    Approvals: CE, ETA 15/0172.

    Certifire Approval No. CF5325.

    Can be applied with a conventional foam gun or hand-held when used with a 2 in 1 ‘straw’ nozzle.
