  Self-guiding trimmer router cutter with a bearing mounted to the bottom or nose of the cutter.

  Designed for trimming plastic or plywood overlay.

  Down-cut with a 5° shear to prevent breakout on the veneer.

  Two flutes – a combination of two TCT cutting edges produce an excellent finish.

  For copy profiling, the bearing follows a template or the base edge of the board.

  A maximum of 3mm overlap should be left prior to copy profiling.

  Ensure any laminate adhesive is dry before trimming, to avoid clogging the bearing.

  Continuous laboratory testing of tools during the production process ensures all Trend Professional Router Cutter tooling meets the safety standards set by EN847.
