Product Overview

  • Tuskbond G500 Gold Spray Contact Adhesive has a higher solid content than other spray contact adhesives, ensuring a superior initial and final bond strength. The high solids formula also reduces the risk of not applying the required amount of adhesive.

    Features:

Easy to apply and combines a long open time with a very fast drying time.

High heat resistance – SAFT tested to 105˚C.

Specially formulated to give a high bond strength on decorative laminates.

G500 will also bond a wide variety of other substrates including metals, wood and board materials such as plywood, flexible ply, chipboard and MDF.

Ideal for permanent bonds that require good initial bond strength.

    Tested to BS476 Part 6 – Pass/Part 7 – Class 1, Building Regulations Class 0 and Wheelmark Accredited.

Always test a small sample of the materials first to ensure the suitability of the product for the application. For instance, some vinyls contain large amounts of plasticiser which, over time, can migrate and soften the bond.
