ToughBuilt offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the UK, giving trade professionals exceptional long‑term confidence in their equipment. The majority of ToughBuilt products come with a standard 2‑year guarantee, which can be extended to an industry‑leading 25‑Year Limited Lifetime Guarantee when registered online within 30 days of purchase. This extended warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring long‑lasting performance across ToughBuilt’s full range of hand tools, pouches and tool belts, tool bags, kneepads, sawhorses, workbenches, and roller stands.

The only exclusions from the comprehensive 25-year guarantee are the StackTech modular storage range, laser levels, and distance measurers. These items carry a 3‑year guarantee as standard – no registration is required.

Like other product guarantees, the Toughbuilt warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, product modifications, and improper care or maintenance. It also applies to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
